Estimada Comunidad IPG,
Estimadas y Estimados Lectores,
Es para mí una gran satisfacción poder comentarles los grandes avances que hemos celebrado este año como Escuela y por supuesto, como Institución de Educación Superior de nuestro país. Como bien saben y nos han ido conociendo con el transcurso del tiempo, nuestra Institución ha ido expandiendo sus quehaceres y por cierto, intentando cumplir de manera íntegra con los desafíos adscritos para este año 2022, dentro de los cuales no podemos dejar de mencionar nuestra destacada participación en el proceso de acreditación institucional, en la cual, nos adjudicamos un período de cuatro años, lo que por cierto nos llena de orgullo y satisfacción, pero al mismo tiempo nos llena de desafíos para poder continuar en la senda de la mejora continua y permanente, queriendo llegar más lejos con nuestro servicio y a todos quienes no han tenido una oportunidad previa de poder alcanzar el sueño de ser un técnico profesional de nuestro país. Así mismo, hemos comenzado durante este 2022 un proceso voluntario de certificación de carreras, procesos que también han sido exitosos para nosotros, obteniendo cuatro años en la totalidad de las carreras que han sido trabajadas en los procesos correspondientes. Por cierto, que dicho resultado nos deja satisfechos, pero con ánimo de seguir avanzando y perfeccionando nuestros procesos para llegar a lo más alto que podamos como institución y como personas.
En términos generales, para la Escuela de Gestión, Negocios y Marítima ha sido un año provechoso y eficaz, en dónde hemos trabajado incansablemente en la ampliación de nuestra oferta académica y actualización de esta, trabajo que ha llevado un sin número de horas de trabajo para el equipo y con ello, poder entregar lo que mejor sabemos hacer; que es: formar personas y profesionales. Durante este 2022 además recibimos con mucho orgullo la acreditación de la segunda carrera del área marítima que ofrecemos a la ciudad de Concepción, proceso complejo y que nos ha permitido colaborar con un ámbito de Chile que está en crecimiento absoluto y que, por cierto, requiere de muchas y muchos profesionales en el área.
Durante este año 2022 hemos querido ser pioneros como Institución y Escuela en integrar el concepto de inclusión no sólo en términos institucionales, sino también en términos académicos e incluso en aquellas carreras que no se relacionan al área social, como por ejemplo, nuestra carrera de Gastronomía, en dónde se integraron asignaturas relacionadas a aquellas personas que presentan dificultades de salud para poder alimentarse, por tanto, hoy nos sentimos tremendamente orgullosos de que nuestros futuros gastrónomos estarán preparados para enfrentar las diversas condiciones que presentan las personas a través de sus preparaciones especiales y dedicadas.
Adicionalmente, hemos sido perseverantes en poder generar diversas instancias de aprendizaje tanto para las comunidades que nos rodean, como para nuestra comunidad estudiantil, de docentes y colaboradores. Estas instancias han tratado de mostrar grandes experiencias de personas y sociedades en términos de economía circular, responsabilidad con el medio ambiente, sustentabilidad entre otros. Gran orgullo fue para nosotros el poder contar con un conversatorio y charla cuya protagonista la doctora Mónica Rubio, Premio Nacional de Ciencias Exactas del año 2021. La Doctora Rubio nos comentó un sinfín de experiencias y datos relevantes para nosotros como Escuela e Institución de Educación Superior que por supuesto debe ser considerado en la formación de los estudiantes y por cierto, incentivar a las próximas generaciones a perseverar en su camino formativo. En esta edición de la Revista, podrán revisar uno a uno los invitados que tuvimos durante el 2022 y con ello, poder disfrutar de las actividades que vivimos como comunidad y familia en el transcurso del tiempo.
Otro hito importante durante este 2022, fue la gran convocatoria que tuvo una actividad hito para la carrera de Gastronomía de IPG Panguipulli, que fue la muestra y concurso gastronómico 2022 “Ünel Tu Kimün Mew”, en el cual, invitamos a participar a diversos liceos TP para generar motivación y relación directa con el entorno que rodea a la carrera, así como también, mostrar experiencias y vincularlos con los profesionales de la zona. También quiero destacar la valiosa actividad realizada en nuestra Sede Concepción, en donde la Escuela llevó a cabo gracias a la enorme experiencia docente que tenemos, un taller dedicado a emprendedores para colaborar en la postulación a financiamientos y con ello, empoderarlos en ese sentido para que puedan continuar con sus respectivos negocios y sustentado su andar.
Adicionalmente a lo ya expuesto, también queremos destacar todo el trabajo que realizó la Escuela en conjunto con Sede La Unión y en alianza con Sercotec, en donde se capacitaron emprendedoras, específicamente del programa jefas de hogar y por cierto, a través de la misma iniciativa y se comenzará el 2023 con un gran proyecto para potenciar 100 propuestas de valor lideradas por emprendedores (as) de la provincia del Ranco.
Para finalizar, debo agradecer a todos quienes han recibido con cariño e interés nuestros aportes, por supuesto al gran equipo de la Escuela de Gestión, Negocios y Marítima que son el ADN de lo que se avanza cada día, a nuestros queridos docentes que han demostrado su excelente trabajo y dedicación en todos los proyectos que han sido invitados a participar y por cierto en cada clase que realizan, y por cierto, enviar mi máxima gratitud a nuestros estudiantes y familias, quienes han confiado en nuestro quehacer para forjar su camino profesional y con ello, cumplir con su sueño de ser profesionales y aportar al desarrollo del país, bajo los principios y valores éticos, así como el respeto a la diversidad y a la vida que intentamos transmitir y arraigar en cada uno de ellos, ustedes son nuestra máxima motivación y por quienes estamos trabajando constantemente para lograr entregarles lo mejor de nosotros, a todos muchas gracias y felices fiestas.
