Seremi de Salud O´Higgins capacita a alumnos de TENS de IPG para toma de Test Rápido VIH
28 de abril, Rancagua. – En las dependencias del Instituto Profesional IPG sede Rancagua la Seremi de Salud de O’Higgins realizó una capacitación y certificación a los y las estudiantes de Técnico en Enfermería de Nivel Superior (TENS), sobre toma de muestra de Test Rápido de VIH, actividad que se enmarca dentro del Programa de VIH/SIDA e ITS que impulsa dicha entidad.
La instancia, a cargo de Macarena Canales, Matrona de la SEREMI, permitirá que nuestros estudiantes certificados puedan participar y apoyarlos en sus próximos operativos, con objetivo de aumentar la cobertura de testeo de VIH a través de un test rápido preventivo.
Cabe mencionar que dicha experiencia teórica y práctica, permitió a nuestros alumnos la adquisición de habilidades técnicas para el correcto desempeño en sus procesos de prácticas clínicas, fortaleciendo sus competencias y destrezas en torno a esta temática.
