IPG y la Oficina Municipal de la Mujer de Concepción se reúnen para futura alianza en beneficio a las féminas de la zona
26 de abril.- En contexto de la Política de Vinculación con el Medio del Instituto Profesional IPG y el fomento del cuidado, desarrollo y liderazgo de las mujeres de Concepción, la Directora de Sede, Marcela Gómez L. junto a las Jefas de Carreras de Educación y Salud, Maribel Albornoz C., Tanya Espinoza C. y la Secretaria de Estudios Académicos del área de Salud, Jennifer Acuña O., participaron en una reunión con la Encargada de la Oficina Municipal de la Mujer de esta localidad, la abogada Bárbara Monsalves H., quien es Máster en Derecho y Género.
En esta instancia ambas entidades manifestaron su interés por acordar una alianza que busca potenciar a las mujeres de Concepción, y que requerirá una planificación anual que contempla actividades en los diferentes territorios pertenecientes a dicha comuna, tales como Palomares, Lorenzo Arenas y el campamento de Pedro del Río, entre otros.
Cabe mencionar que Oficina Municipal de la Mujer pertenece a la Ilustre Municipalidad de Concepción cuya principal finalidad es coordinar y ejecutar proyectos con enfoque de género, y fortalecimiento de los derechos de las mujeres a nivel local.
